Is it ok to be nervous to start therapy?

Of course! Beginning therapy can feel very overwhelming. It is our job to make you feel comfortable and validated. We’re with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals. Usually after the first session, clients feel much more comfortable continuing treatment.

How do I make an appointment?

Do you take insurance?

We do not participate with any health insurance carriers, but we are happy to provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

How long is a session?

Individual/family sessions run for 45-50 minutes. Frequency of sessions depend on client preference, therapist recommendation/presenting problem and availability. Group therapy sessions last 80 minutes. Group cycles run once a week for 12 consecutive weeks.

How much does therapy cost and how do I pay?

Cost will vary depending on the type of service you are looking for. Please call us to find out more information about rates. We accept cash, check, and credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and you will pay at the end of every session.
